01Services Provided

Kevin's Detailing LLC provides mobile RV roof coating and RV exterior detailing services to customers located within our service area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• One-time silicone roof coating with hand-cut and sealed penetrations
• RV exterior detailing (wash, wax, black streak removal, tire and wheel cleaning, window cleaning)
• Free remote quoting based on RV linear footage

We do not provide interior detailing, mechanical repairs, body work, or structural roof repairs. Service availability is subject to weather, scheduling, and location.

02Service Area

We provide mobile service across most of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Jersey. Service availability outside these states is by special arrangement and subject to additional travel fees.

03Quotes & Pricing

All RV roof coating quotes are calculated based on the linear footage of your RV's roof and are quoted remotely — no on-site inspection is required prior to booking. Standard pricing ranges from $100 to $120 per linear foot, with a $2,400 minimum charge per coating job.

Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Once you book, your price is locked in and will not change on the day of the job, provided the RV's actual dimensions and condition match the information you provided.

04Booking & Scheduling

Service is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis upon written confirmation of the quote. We will work with you to find a date that fits your schedule, subject to weather and crew availability. Our active service season runs from mid-March through mid-November, as roof coating requires temperatures above 40°F to bond and cure properly.

05Payment Terms

Full payment is due on the day of service, upon completion of the work. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Credit or debit card
• ACH bank transfer

We do not currently extend net terms or offer financing. Any returned or failed payment may incur a $35 returned-payment fee, plus reasonable collection costs.

06Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48 or more hours before your scheduled appointment — free cancellation or rescheduling, no fee.
• Within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment — a $200 cancellation fee applies.
• No-show or same-day cancellation — the $200 fee applies and may be charged to the payment method on file.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In those cases, no fees apply and we will work with you to find the earliest available alternative date.

07Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

On the day of service, you are responsible for:

• Providing safe and legal access to the RV at the agreed-upon location
• Access to water and power — we bring all our own equipment but require a working hose connection and standard electrical outlet at the location
• Clearing the area around the RV so we can work safely
• Disclosing any known issues with the RV's roof or structure that could affect the service or our safety

If water and power are not available at the location or access is restricted, we may need to reschedule the appointment. Please let us know in advance if this could be an issue and we'll work it out together.

08The 10-Year Leak-Free Guarantee

Every RV roof coating we perform is backed by our 10-Year Leak-Free Guarantee, in writing.

To claim the guarantee, contact us promptly upon discovering a leak. We will inspect the issue and determine appropriate repair. The guarantee is void if the roof has been modified, recoated, or repaired by anyone other than Kevin's Detailing LLC after our original service.

09Photo & Video Release

By booking our services, you grant Kevin's Detailing LLC permission to photograph and video record the RV (before, during, and after service) and to use those images and videos for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, paid advertising, printed materials, and customer communications.

Photos and videos will not include identifying personal information such as license plates, faces, or home addresses unless you provide additional explicit consent. If you do not wish to have your RV photographed or featured, please notify us in writing before the day of service and we will accommodate your request.

10Weather & Seasonal Limitations

Roof coating application requires dry weather and temperatures above 40°F to properly bond and cure. We do not apply coating during rain, immediately before forecasted rain, or in freezing temperatures.

If weather conditions on the day of service prevent us from completing the work safely or to specification, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost. Once applied, the coating becomes rain-safe within approximately 2 hours and fully cured within 8 hours.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin's Detailing LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost use of the RV, lost income, lost vacation time, rental costs, towing costs, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the RV not disclosed at the time of service.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kevin's Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information about the RV or service location
• Damage caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions of the RV
• Personal injury or property damage caused by hazards at the service location that were not disclosed in advance

13Right To Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer, at any time, for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: unsafe job site conditions, abusive behavior, misrepresentation about the RV or its condition, or any situation that would compromise our ability to perform the work safely and to specification.

14Dispute Resolution

We strongly prefer to resolve any disputes directly. If you have a concern about our service, contact us first — most issues can be resolved with a phone call.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Windham County, Connecticut, before pursuing legal action. Small claims court in Connecticut remains available for claims within its jurisdictional limits.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms or our services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Windham County, Connecticut.

16Modifications To Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently changed. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

18Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any written quote or invoice we provide and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kevin's Detailing LLC regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
