"Showed up, explained the process and got it done quickly. The roof looks great. 100% recommend."
Drag the slider to see what one application does to a weathered RV roof. Same RV. Same angle. Same day. No filters, no edits.
Easy communication, answered all my questions, backed by a 10-year guarantee. That's less per year than paying for coating every year and dealing with cleaning and repairs. Highly recommend protecting your investment.
Kevin and Josh showed up on time, inspected the roof and highlighted areas of concern. The job was finished in 3.5 hours. They left the work site spotless. 5 out of 5 stars for punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
They power washed the entire camper — not just the roof. Such a thorough job. Finished faster than expected and even sent us a photo afterward with instructions on when it's safe to walk on the roof. Couldn't be happier.

We use a liquid-applied silicone roof coating system. All vents, seams, and penetrations are hand-cut and sealed with a thick flashing-grade silicone. The rest of the roof is then rolled with a silicone topcoat, creating one continuous seamless membrane across the entire surface.
RV roof leaks are silent. They start as hairline cracks in the sealant — invisible from the ground. By the time water shows up inside your RV, it's been spreading through your insulation, walls, and subfloor for months. And no, your insurance probably won't cover it.
The math is simple. One coating, ten years, zero leaks.
Find problems before they find you.
Traditional sealants crack, peel, and need to be reapplied every year. Our liquid-applied coating flows over every seam, vent, and edge — then cures into one continuous, flexible membrane backed by our 10-year leak free gurantee.
Three steps. One visit. Built around your schedule. We come to you, prep your roof, apply the coating — and leave you with a sealed RV the same evening.
Send us your RV's length and we'll give you an exact written quote within 24 hours. Priced remotely from the linear footage — no on-site visit required, zero pressure, zero obligation.
We thoroughly clean the roof, then hand-cut and seal every vent, skylight, and seam with fresh sealant — building a rock-solid foundation before the coating goes on.
We apply our liquid membrane in multiple coats — flowing into every seam and edge. Cures into one continuous, flexible barrier you'll never have to redo.
By the time you sit down for dinner,
your RV is sealed for the next decade.
Most RV roof products come with vague "limited warranties" and exclusions designed to deny claims. Our 10-Year Leak-Free Guarantee is different. It's specific. It's transparent. And it stands behind every job we put our name on.
The coating lasts well beyond 10 years. The guarantee exists to stand behind our work — it is not the lifespan limit of the product.
The guarantee covers leaks that occur through the coated surface only. It does not cover unrelated damage or areas outside the coated zone.
Founder, owner, and the guy on your roof.
Kevin's Detailing isn't a franchise or a national chain. It's a family-owned local business based in North Windham, Connecticut — founded by Kevin Fantoli on a simple idea: do the work you'd do on your own RV, and stand behind it for a decade.
Every coating is hand-done with care, every seam is sealed by hand, and every job is backed by a written 10-year guarantee. No franchise model. No rotating crew. No subcontracting. Just careful work by a local team that puts their reputation on every roof.
Here's what we hear most often — answered straight, no fine print.
Pricing is based on your RV's linear footage — between $100–$120 per linear foot, with a $2,400 minimum. We price every job remotely before you book — no on-site visit required.
Just send us your RV's length and we'll give you an exact quote. Your price is locked in at booking and doesn't change on the day of the job — unless you choose to add detailing services on.
Yes — and the sooner the better. Active leaks are exactly why this coating exists. When we arrive, our team will assess the roof for soft spots, water damage, or compromised structure. If the underlying deck is still sound, we can seal everything in the same visit.
If there's structural damage that needs a separate repair first, we'll tell you straight — we don't coat over problems we can't fix.
Coatings need a dry roof and a clear forecast for proper cure time, so yes — if the weather turns, we reschedule. We never rush a job to beat a storm.
We monitor the forecast closely and will let you know 24-48 hours ahead if the date needs to move. There's never a charge for weather rescheduling.
The coating works on every standard RV roof: fifth wheels, travel trailers, Class A motorhomes, Class B vans, Class C, toy haulers, even pop-ups. It bonds to EPDM rubber, TPO, fiberglass, and aluminum surfaces.
If you've got something unusual, send us a few photos before you book — we'll confirm whether it's a fit before any work starts.
All roof penetrations are hand-cut and sealed individually before the topcoat is applied. That means every vent, skylight, antenna mount, and refer vent gets its own careful prep and seal.
AC units sit on factory gaskets — we cut in around the gasket rather than coating over the unit itself. This protects the AC's seal and keeps your warranty intact.
The coating is rain-safe within 2 hours. Full cure is reached within 8 hours. Most customers can use their RV normally the same evening.
We'll give you a specific clearance time on the day of the job and follow up to confirm everything cured properly.
We operate mid-March through mid-November. The coating requires temperatures above 40°F to bond and cure properly.
If you reach out during the off-season, we'll get you on the calendar for spring. Most owners book ahead in February or March to lock in their preferred date before the season fills up.
Two things: access to water and power. We bring all our own equipment, but we plug into a standard outlet at your location and need a working hose hookup for prep work.
If your RV is parked at a campsite, storage lot, or driveway without those hookups available, just let us know during the quote conversation and we'll figure it out. We'd rather know upfront than show up and have to reschedule.
